J. Christopher Hamilton Joins ARS IP Law Firm as Of Counsel

ARS IP Law Firm is excited to announce the arrival of renowned entertainment lawyer J. Christopher Hamilton to our team as Of Counsel.

With over two decades of entertainment industry experience, J. Christopher Hamilton’s practice focuses on various areas of intellectual property, media, and deal negotiation on behalf of leading entertainment clients. Attorney Hamilton brings extensive experience and expertise in production and distribution agreements, business strategies, catalog sales, copyright issues, and recording agreements from some of the largest media companies in the world (ViacomCBS, Disney, and Warner Media). Additionally, he has negotiated deals on behalf of celebrities, producers and production companies. Attorney Hamilton’s passion for creative expression eventually led him to join the executive producer ranks. As an executive producer and entrepreneur, he brokered deals for his own projects with HBO, VH1 and BET. He also assisted with the development of a successful and independently financed streaming service called Black & Sexy TV, which he and his partners utilize to develop, produce, and distribute original content around the globe.
